2013 has seen the addition of two new staff at Dine Comply.
Trevor R. Hayes has assumed the position of Safety Director. Mr. Hayes was educated at West Virginia University and brings 15 years of Environmental, Safety, and Health experience in General Industry. To Dine Comply. He holds various certifications and affiliations including Method 9 Certified VE Reader, OSHA 501 Trainer, Facility Security Officer, ISO 9000/9001 Certified Auditor, Cause Map Analysis Certification and other environmental and safety certifications. He will be involved in a wide range of safety and environmental projects, including multi-media audits, creation of OSHA programs, safety training, safety inspections and documentation, and other continuing compliance activities.
W. Warren Wright, P.E. has assumed the position of Senior Engineer. Mr. Wright was educated at the University of Notre Dame and Virginia Tech, with degrees in chemical and civil engineering. He a registered professional engineer (chemical) in Ohio. He brings 25 years of experience in chemical, environmental and corrosion engineering, most recently as engineering and inspection manager at a used oil re-refinery in Columbus, OH. Mr. Wright will be involved with facility solid/hazardous waste, wastewater, and storm water management activities, including development of SPCC plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and process/treatment system operation and maintenance and mechanical integrity programs.
Dine Comply is certified as
a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE). The WBE Certification
recognizes the efforts, success, and future opportunity within
Dine Comply and a broader industrial market place. Shara Dine's
contributions and service to industry is the cornerstone and
key to growth in new business sectors. The WBE Certification
provides the foundation for opportunity in a larger market
assisted Deco Plas, Inc. of Montpelier, Ohio in obtaining Sony
Corporation’s “Green Partner” status. The certification
is a necessary component as a Sony Corporation supplier and involves
a rigorous Multi-Media Compliance Audit coupled with a pro-active
Environmental Management System among other requirements.
Dine Comply is working in lockstep with the Heartland Refinery Group, LLC of Columbus Ohio and the Ohio EPA in obtaining the necessary environmental permits necessary to operate a used oil refining operation in Ohio. The efforts provide a valued resource as well as economic and environmental benefits to central Ohio.

• Applicability Determinations (Area and Major Sources)
• Developing Compliance Options (Operating Parameters, Compliance Methods, General

• Facilitation/Assistance of Notification, Record Keeping and Reporting Requirements
• Facilitation/Assistance with Stack Testing Requirements
• MACT Compliance Auditing
• Coordination with Local, State and Federal Regulators
• Incorporation of MACT into State Operating Permits
(Title V Permits)
MACT regulation is unique, however, the primary requirements including the
General Provisions, are essentially the same. Dine Comply has
industry with MACT compliance for over 7 years and has been involved with
approximately 60 of the 95 MACT industrial categories.
