assisted Deco Plas, Inc. of Montpelier, Ohio in obtaining Sony
Corporation’s “Green Partner” status. The certification
is a necessary component as a Sony Corporation supplier and involves
a rigorous Multi-Media Compliance Audit coupled with a pro-active
Environmental Management System among other requirements.
Dine Comply is certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE). The WBE Certification recognizes the efforts, success, and future opportunity within Dine Comply and a broader industrial market place. Dine Comply is working in lockstep with the Heartland Refinery Group, LLC of Columbus Ohio and the Ohio EPA in obtaining the necessary environmental permits necessary to operate a used oil refining operation in Ohio. The efforts will provide a valued resource as well as economic and environmental benefits to central Ohio.

• Coordination with Local, State and Federal Regulators
• Incorporation of MACT into State Operating Permits
(Title V Permits)
Each
MACT regulation is unique, however, the primary requirements including the
General Provisions, are essentially the same. Dine Comply has
been assisting
industry with MACT compliance for over 7 years and has been involved with
approximately 60 of the 95 MACT industrial categories.
